15 Ways Volunteers Can Help
Thank you for donating your time to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and for your interested in giving back further. Below are a list of ways that you can help ensure everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day.
2 - Volunteer your skills and time.
Special skill-based volunteers give their time in non-traditional volunteer roles with staff time and support. Contact our Volunteer Services Department or click here for more information.
5 - Become an Advocate.
It’s as simple as joining our Advocacy Network! We’ll let you know when it’s time to act on important food policies and we’ll help you contact your elected representatives. Join at www.GreaterClevelandFoodBank.org/TakeAction.
6 - Start a Virtual Food Drive or Facebook Fundraiser.

7 - Bring your Friends and Family to Volunteer.
Volunteer shifts are available six days per week at times that can fit almost any schedule! Twice per month, we host family nights that welcome children age 6 and up, accompanied by parents or guardians, to volunteer in our repack room. Contact our Volunteer Services Department for more information.
8 - Get your coworkers involved in a Workplace Giving Campaign.

9 - Support the Harvest for Hunger Campaign.
Each year, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and our three Northeast Ohio Food Bank partners work to raise vital funds and food to support people in need in a 21-county area. Learn more at www.GreaterClevelandFoodBank.org/Harvest.
10 - Attend an event supporting the Food Bank.

11- Join the YP Pantry.

12 - Honor a loved one with a gift.
If you’re out of ideas for a gift or are looking to honor someone in your life, a donation to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank is a great options! When every dollar helps provide four meals, you know the impact the honor will have.
